Other Information
The Nora Davidson Room is open Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 12 noon for teas, coffees and home baking – contact Mary Gray 319464.
The room is also available for exhibiting paintings.
There is a Pre-School Nursery on the premises for children between the ages of 3 and 5 years old. The nursery is open morning and afternoon.

Church House at 54 Forest Road is a residential home for six or seven elderly people. Contact the house keeper 315121
The Church Premises, Sanctuary, halls and meeting rooms are available as a community resource to outside groups and are used extensively during the week.

The congregation actively support the following causes:
- Traidcraft working for fair trade and just prices for producers in the Third World. Goods are on sale on the first Sunday of each month.

- Christian Aid tackling poverty issues worldwide and campaigning for the Third World. Christian Aid week is the second week in May.

- Amnesty International exposing torture and abuses of human rights worldwide and campaigning for the release of political prisoners
- Corrymeela Community working for peace and reconciliation in Northern Ireland through the Aberdeen Corrymeela Support Group which meets on the second Wednesday September, November, January and May. Corrymeela week end is the weekend in March nearest to St. Patrick’s Day on 17th March.

- Instant Neighbour providing support and practical help to try to lift people out of poverty through providing furniture for new tenancies, lending cots, prams and fireguards to young single mums and giving food parcels to the destitute
